Arthur

At Arohanui I sometimes take my Arthur DVD so I can show it too and share it with my mates :-) I get to go upstairs to the bosses office sometimes too, to look at Arthur on the IPad.

Fishing Boats

We checked out the fishing boats at the Strand. They had the nets out and the long rods ready to go out for a fish. It was a great outing and a nice sunny day.

Making Friends

I have made lots of friends at Arohanui. At music time I even get up and dance with them now. I know my friends names and ask the staff where they are in the morning when I get here. I enjoy kicking the ball around with my mate Tame and listening to music and having a laugh with Nigel :-)

Historic Village

We went to the historic village this week. My mate Tame and I done the weather report and we went for a bush walk and found a bird house! I enjoy being outside and looking and walking around with my mates.

Trying new things...

Yesterday we went to Kaka Street for our sports outing. They have a awesome climbing frame and bridge. I got adventurous and checked things out. Next time I might go all the way to the top...

Lunchtime with my mate

Today I joined my mate Nigel for lunch. He was pretty interested in my Clifford pamphlet I brought in today. As you can see we had a laugh together over lunch.

Hanging out with my mates

I have been doing lots of group activities this week. We went to memorial park and played basketball. I ventured onto the park and had a great time with my mates.
